Tine Petric, Analytics & AI go-to-market lead, Switzerland, Microsoft, is responsible for Microsoft AI strategy in Switzerland and leads Microsoft AI for positive impact in Switzerland motion which spans across Sustainability, Responsible AI, Skilling and other key topics. He is also a Startup mentor, specifically focusing on topics at the intersection of AI and Sustainability.

Isabeau Stender, Senior Solution Advisor SAP Business Technology Platform, SAP, is a tech professional since 2018, is renowned for her advocacy in sustainability. As thought leader in the field, she ignites demand and raises awareness whilst engaging in insightful discussions to identify innovative solutions for sustainability challenges. Beyond her passion for sustainability, Isabeau is a strong supporter of empowering women in the tech industry. Currently, she serves as a pivotal figure responsible for SAP Business Technology Platform, where she leverages her expertise to drive sustainable practices and foster innovation within organizations.

Charles De Bruyne, Director Strategic Partnerships, Climeworks, is Strategic Partnerships Director at Climeworks, a company dedicated to removing historic and unavoidable CO2 emissions from the air by using direct air capture technology. He holds a Masters in Marketing Management from the University of St. Gallen and a Bachelors in Business Engineering from the Solvay Business School. Before Climeworks, Charles worked for 12 years in Commercial and Marketing Management roles for different consumer goods and services organizations.

Ella Stadler-Stuart, Co-founder Rflect AG and Director of Studies CAS Women Leading Digital HWZ, Reflect AG // HWZ, has been working in the field of adult education, entrepreneurship and professional coaching since 2013. Previously with Impact Hub and SINGA Switzerland, she developed entrepreneurship and leadership programs with a focus on inclusion and sustainability. Today, she is a co-founder of the Swiss Edtech startup Rflect and is leading the CAS Women Leading Digital HWZ – a 6-month programme designed for women by women in tech. Her guiding values are courage, constant learning and impact.
