In this workshop, you will experience a blend of coaching, visualization, and journaling, guiding you from dream-scaping to setting clear, achievable goals. We will also explore the growing body of academic research on the science of goal setting, examining how setting goals influences behavior, motivation, and performance.

About the Speaker
Hey, I’m Anne V, a former fashion and business executive for Christian Louboutin (and prior to that, a singer). Today I have a portfolio career: I am a brand consultant, certified coach, mindfulness and meditation teacher, podcast host, and writer.
By day, I run AVM Consulting, an independent practice that blends coaching, consulting, and storytelling. My goal is to help individuals and companies articulate their identities and missions in ways that resonate with their dream audiences. Basically I help people tell a better story.
In my spare time, I write, teach, and study mindfulness, yoga and Buddhist practices. Since 2020, I have been the proud host and producer of the podcast «Out of the Clouds», which explores the intersection of business and mindfulness through interviews with a diversity of guests.
Additionally, I publish «The Mettā View», a newsletter focused on coaching, conscious communication, brand storytelling, and the future of work from a mindful perspective.
