Janine Buerger, Global Markets FP&A Director, eBay
Janine has worked in the corporate sector for over 20 years, mainly in Controlling and Accounting for multinational companies. Currently, she works as the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis for eBay Global Markets in Switzerland. Janine strongly believes in equity and empowerment and provides mentoring for women around the world – both within and outside of her role at eBay. She is also a supporter of One of Healing Together›, a nonprofit focused on trauma healing education and resources. Her passion lies in ensuring that the most under-served communities around the world have access to education and resources to heal.
Monika Welti, Board Member, Advisor & Interim CFO
As an advisor and interim CFO, Monika advises and supports companies in restructuring. Her goal is to implement efficiency improvement programs, develop effective growth strategies, and implement succession planning through her extensive in financial and executive expertise. Monika has many years of leadership and project management experience, and strong implementation skills. As a panelist, Monika will share her insights into the impact female change-makers have on transformation and the importance of networking.

As president of Women in Digital Switzerland she leads the community of modern leaders and change-makers in Switzerland’s digital economy.
