Fundraising is a critical topic for entrepreneurs and current macro-economic conditions have intensified the challenges that startups face in this area.

In today’s information-rich world, finding relevant resources can be overwhelming, leaving many entrepreneurs
unaware of all opportunities and unsure on where to focus.

The situation is even tougher for women. Indeed, in 2023, only 12% of female founders successfully raised capital in Switzerland (EY Barometer). This reality is even more visible for first time founders and at an early stage.

The Collective decided to change the status quo and design a solution that addresses the challenges that female entrepreneurs face.

An experienced task force compiled this guide which features a curated selection of resources that cover the fundamentals of fundraising, in-depth insights and practical tools to help identify and secure funding opportunities. We designed it for female entrepreneurs in Switzerland but the resources offer valuable insights regardless of gender and location.
