Roundtable 2025
More than ten Collective members came together to set the course for change.
In October 2025, we gathered for a powerful Collective Members Roundtable where leaders and changemakers from across Switzerland came together to shape better pathways, stronger support, and more visibility for women entrepreneurs.
Together, we identified key areas to accelerate change:
- Acceleration & Education: Refine programs to resonate more with women and build clear pathways from ideation to scale.
- Investment Pipeline: Activate women’s clubs, host angel investing workshops, and open doors for more women to invest.
- Reporting & Impact: Co-create a data-driven report on funding flows and what’s working in the ecosystem.
- Visibility & Role Models: Keep expert lists up to date and spotlight inspiring women leaders on stages across Switzerland.
